研究方向:半导体光电材料与器件


简介曹璠,2023年博士毕业于国防科技大学,2026年加入同济大学材料科学与工程学院担任特聘研究员。近五年,以第一/共一/通讯作者身份在Nature, Nature Protocol, Advanced Materials, Advanced Functional Materials等国际期刊发表学术论文10篇,主持/参与多项国家自然科学基金项目。研究方向聚焦于半导体光电材料与器件,包括量子点发光二极管、光电探测器等。欢迎具有材料、化学、物理、光学等相关背景的学生报考硕/博士研究生。
